NutriSean Sports Nutrition & Performance Consulting, LLC. is based in Washington and operates nutrisean.com. This policy explains how we handle information collected through this website, including contact inquiries, workshop requests, and priority waitlist submissions.

Information you provide

We collect the information you choose to submit, such as your name, email address, optional phone number, profession or sport, organization or team, workshop goals, participant estimates, location, preferred timing, and messages. We also record the choices you make about being contacted about your request.

Please do not include medical history, diagnoses, medications, or other sensitive health information in website forms or ordinary email. We are setting up Practice Better for client intake, records, and client communications. Once our portal is active, we will provide instructions for using it to share information needed for client care. Until then, please wait for those instructions before sending health information. See Practice Better’s Privacy Policy. This website policy does not replace client consent documents or any required notice of privacy practices.

How we use information

We use inquiries to answer questions, discuss services, arrange workshops, manage the priority waitlist, and contact you about next steps. We are not currently offering newsletter subscriptions or using website inquiries for promotional email campaigns. Submitting a form does not subscribe you to marketing emails.

You can ask us to close your inquiry or remove you from the waitlist by contacting info@nutrisean.com. We use your contact details for replies and follow-up related to the request you made.

Website operation and spam protection

Our website uses WordPress, Elementor hosting, and Forminator forms. Submitted information is stored in our website database and sent to the appropriate NutriSean email inbox in Microsoft 365. Hosting and security services may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser and device information, request times, and security logs to operate and protect the website.

We use Cloudflare Turnstile to help distinguish people from automated bots and protect forms from spam. Cloudflare processes technical signals for this purpose. The website and its service providers may use cookies or similar technologies for essential functionality, security, and preferences. You can manage cookies in your browser; blocking them may affect some site features.

Who receives information

We do not sell your personal information or share it with outside businesses for their own marketing. We use service providers to host and maintain the website, protect forms, store information, and deliver email. Those providers may process information as needed to provide their services. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or necessary to protect legal rights and website security.

How long information is kept

General inquiries are kept for up to 12 months after the last contact unless an ongoing service relationship or legal obligation requires longer retention. Active waitlist records are kept while needed to manage the waitlist. The inquiry retention period does not set the retention period for future client care records. Applicable client record requirements will be addressed separately before client intake begins. Backup copies are handled through the relevant provider’s retention and deletion process, subject to applicable requirements.

Your choices and requests

Contact info@nutrisean.com to ask about information we hold, request a correction or deletion, leave the waitlist, or withdraw permission for further contact about your inquiry. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. Some information may need to be retained for legal, security, or recordkeeping reasons.

Security and external links

We use access controls, encrypted website connections, backups, and spam protection to help safeguard information. No online system can guarantee complete security. Links to other websites lead to services with their own privacy practices.
